Sample Delivery Instructions

1. Prepare Your Samples

• Container Integrity: Ensure all caps are tightened to prevent leakage. Use laboratory-grade containers appropriate for the requested analysis.
• Clear Labeling: Label every container with a Unique Sample ID, Collection Date, and Time using a permanent, waterproof marker.
• Preservation: If your samples require thermal preservation, please pack them in a cooler with sufficient ice (aim for 4°C).

2. Complete the Chain of Custody

A completed Chain of Custody (CoC) form must accompany all samples to ensure legal and technical defensibility of your data.

3. Packaging & Shipping

• Place the completed Chain of Custody in a waterproof Ziploc bag and tape it to the inside lid of your shipping container.
• Use appropriate cushioning (bubble wrap or foam) to prevent glass breakage during transit.
• Ship via overnight carrier (FedEx/UPS) or hand-deliver to our facility.
